About me:
Successful communication is about building person-to-person connections that make each individual feel valued and validated.
This is my philosophy in every personal and professional interaction. During my education, I emphasized this by working with students of different abilities on art projects through Girl Scouts as well as traveling to Kenya, Denmark, and throughout Europe to study. As a communications professional and a world citizen, it is my duty and my passion to better understand and better connect with those
around me.
Compassion and exploration are two of my inherent and core values. Post graduation, I took these traits to Walt Disney World, where I completed an internship with the Disney College Program, working as a character attendant in the parks. I then worked as a PhotoPass photographer for two and a half years, capturing magical memories every day. Along with basic duties, I put an emphasis on bringing kindness to the community and exploring ways to make it a better place.
With 2025 quickly approaching, I am embarking on a new journey in the public field. I currently work at the Simsbury Public Library, and hope to begin graduate school in the Library and Information Sciences field soon.
When I am not working to expand my knowledge and experience, I enjoy playing with my dog, Stevie, and attending comic conventions all over the country. I look forward to connecting with you, and please feel free to contact me with any questions or opportunities.
